We loved how this hotel provided us with really good services, from fast check-in/out processes to friendly and informative staff. The breakfast spread was tasty, with many varieties to choose from, and the USB charging sockets in the room and stable Wi-Fi connection were convenient. It was also great to have access to complimentary gym and swimming pool facilities. The hotel's location in the city center ensured that we were close to a shopping mall with lots of dining options and a supermarket, as well as being only a 10-minute taxi ride from the railway station.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city. With a shopping mall, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, everything is within walking distance. the staff is friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. the complimentary gym and swimming pool facilities were a nice touch. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary appliances. the rainfall showerhead offered great relaxation, and the lovely river view from the room was an added bonus. the Wi, fi connection throughout the hotel was stable and with excellent coverage.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the room smelled slightly after the new design, and though I tried to switch to another room, the situation was the same. the hotel staff quickly provided an air, purifier to eliminate the odor.

The location of this hotel was exceptional! It was situated in the center of the city, a short walk from the shopping mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The transportation services, including taxi rides to the railway station, were reliable and convenient. the hotel had great facilities such as the complimentary gym and swimming pool. I also appreciated the USB charging sockets in the room and the complimentary JBL portable Bluetooth speaker.
The room had a smell from a recent new design. We tried to change to another room, but the smell was present in all of them.

We just came back from an amazing romantic escape at this hotel and everything was top-notch! the location was great, right in the heart of the city, and within walking distance of a shopping mall, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved the complimentary gym and swimming pool facilities which were a great addition to our stay. Not to mention, the USB charging sockets in the room and the portable Bluetooth speaker provided were such a thoughtful touch!
The lingering smell in the room after a recent redesign. We requested to switch rooms, however, the smell was noticeable in all the rooms.

We stayed in the heart of town close to a mall with great dining options. Our room, complete with USB charging sockets, a rainfall showerhead and a Bluetooth speaker, was spotless and had a beautiful river view. the gym and pool, which came free, were a plus. Breakfast offered a tasty variety and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The room had a bad smell due to a recent redesign. Despite requesting a room change, the odor remained.

Hyatt Zhenjiang - Perfect location, friendly staff, super clean room, great breakfast, excellent river view.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
